2.   The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Just 4Mortgages Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3.   There is no entry fee and to enter this competition you must:

3.2 Share the relevant Facebook post

3.3 Comment 'Autumn' on the post when done

We will then allocate each correct entry with a number via comment and we will draw the winners by a random number generator on the 1st of November 2024.

4.   By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.  Upon your entry to this competition and a unique number will be commented to you underneath your comment.

6. This competition is running throughout October 2024. This can be withdrawn at any point, with no notice given.

7.   No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason or where you have not followed the correct steps.

8.   The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

You will need to like our relevant Facebook competition post and our Facebook page, share the relevant Facebook post and comment 'Autumn' on the post when done. We will then allocate each correct entry with a number via comment and we will draw the winners by a random number generator on the 1st of November 2024.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the scheme and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the scheme will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11. The prize is as follows:

First Price - £100 supermarket voucher. The winner chose from Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco, Morrisons or Asda. A hot chocolate for two hamper.

Second Prize - £50 Miller & Carter voucher and a choice of a bottle of prosecco or a bottle of alcohol free prosecco, or both.

Third Prize - £25 Dine In M&S voucher

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Any winner will be announced on our Facebook page on the 1st of November 2024.

13. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and redraw the relevant prizes.

14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prizes can be collected from.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By following the relevant steps in point 3.1-3.3, you are entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by[English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
