Social Media Terms and Conditions:

2. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Just 4Mortgages Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

4. By receiving the discount, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one discount of £50 can be used per application and per client, whether that be anapplication with more than one applicant or sole.

6. Closing date for the discount will be the 31st of December 2024.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the discount and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the discount event will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate discount details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this event.

10. The discount is as follows: a £50 discount to use against your broker fee once.

11. The discount is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The discount is not transferable in any circumstances.
