Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: Just 4 Mortgages Ltd (company no. 3970121) whose registered office is at [29 Leeming Street, Mansfield, NG18 1NA].
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Just 4Mortgages Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and to enter this competition you must have a transaction through Just4Mortgages that has offered or completed.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter will be emailed to you on offer or completion of your transaction with Just4Mortgages Ltd.
6. This scheme is ongoing until withdrawn by Just4Mortgages Ltd. This can be withdrawn at any point, with no notice given.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for referrals not received for whatever reason or where unique codes are not provided to us when booking an appointment.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Existing clients of Just4Mortgages Ltd will be sent an email on offer or completion with a unique code to pass on to a referred friend or family member. When they then book an appointment with us and provide us with the unique code, they will receive £50 off their initial broker fee. Once their transaction completes, we will call the existing client, who referred them, to confirm a £50 voucher of the clients choice from a select list of high street shops and restaurant vouchers.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the scheme and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the scheme will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: a £50 voucher of your choice from a select list of high street shops and restaurant vouchers for the existing client on completion of the referrals transaction. A £50 discount on the new clients initial broker fee for one transaction done.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Any winner will be contacted via call within 7 working days, once their referrals transaction completes.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the voucher can be collected.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By referring a friend/family member using your unique code, you are entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by[English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current[UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. 21. Just 4 Mortgages Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
